Barcelona Sporting Club (BSC) will buy WII Sports Club (WSS) for a reported $1.2 billion, according to Bloomberg.

The sports club is currently a minority owner of the NBA’s Brooklyn Nets.

The deal is expected to close by March 2017.

BSC’s new owners will also include former NBA player Jason Collins, who joined the company as its first chairman.

The WSS group is owned by French soccer club Olympique Lyonnais.

Collins, an accomplished athlete who also played professionally in Spain, is best known for playing for Barcelona’s national team, but he also helped create the NBA.

BSS currently has 19 sports teams in the Spanish capital, and it is currently developing the league for the U.S.BSS also recently acquired the French club Paris Saint-Germain.
